Help with the SV app for SV electric monowheels: connecting, settings, firmware updates and demo mode.

How to reach us

Message us on Telegram: @sv_euc (owners community) or @Alexovik directly. The app has no support account or email.

To help us sort it out faster, include your phone model and iOS version, the app version (tap the SV logo on the home screen), your wheel model and what exactly happened. A screenshot or a short video helps.

The wheel does not connect

Turn on the wheel and Bluetooth on your phone. On first launch the app asks for Bluetooth access; if you declined, enable it in Settings → SV → Bluetooth.

A wheel talks to one phone at a time, so close other apps connected to it. Move closer and restart the app. Wheels appear in the list by name, for example SV168_… or SV218_….

Firmware updates

Regular users see stable versions only. The wheel must be stationary (updates are blocked while speed is above 1 km/h), and the app asks for confirmation before flashing.

An update changes the firmware of the external motor controller on the wheel. Do not interrupt it: do not close the app, power off the wheel or walk out of range. If the link drops, the app tells you what to do: bring the phone close to the wheel and press flash again (the bootloader waits for about a minute). If that does not work, contact us and leave the wheel on.

No wheel: demo mode

When no SV wheel is nearby, a Demo button appears at the bottom of the home screen. It connects a virtual wheel playing a scripted ride, so you can explore the gauges, settings and the firmware catalogue. Exit demo returns to the normal wheel search.

Data and privacy

The app has no login or cloud profile. Ride logs and tracks stay on your phone and can be found on the LOG tab in settings. See the privacy policy for details: /en/privacy.
