Privacy Policy
Official SV companion app for SV electric monowheels. We do not sell your data or build advertising profiles. Below is what the app does on your device and what stays with you.
Who we are
The app is built for owners of SV monowheels (SmirnoV euc I.T.). Manufacturer site: svwheel.com. Questions: Telegram @Alexovik or @sv_euc.
Accounts and servers
There is no login, registration, or cloud profile. The app does not upload ride telemetry, tracks, or wheel settings to SV servers.
Exception — firmware downloads: if you configure a firmware server URL (fwserver), the app downloads a signed .euf bundle from that server over HTTP(S). That connection goes directly to the server you chose.
Bluetooth
The app uses Bluetooth Low Energy to talk to the module on your wheel: telemetry, settings, and firmware updates for the motor controller. Data flows between phone and wheel only; SV does not intercept or store it.
Location
Phone GPS is recorded only during rides to build a track file (CSV and GPX) alongside wheel telemetry. Files are stored on the device. Permission is requested when you connect to a wheel, not on cold start.
Coordinates may also drive the astro palette in the UI (time-of-day colours) — computed on device.
On-device storage
Ride logs (CSV), tracks (GPX), firmware server URL, and UI preferences are stored locally. You can delete files with the system file manager or by reinstalling the app.
Analytics and tracking
The app contains no third-party analytics, ad SDKs, or trackers. We do not use your data for targeting or share it with ad networks.
Children
The app is intended for adult owners of sports mobility devices. We do not knowingly collect children data.
Changes
Material updates will be posted on this page with a new date above. Continued use after publication means you accept the revised policy.
